A custom vanity and trim accents, all in white oak, share the wall accented by the clients own personal touch… a hexagonal wallpaper! Bland and boring? Make room for modern and bold.
Custom Is Our Middle Name
When you have big dreams of a custom, modern, private home gym, who do you call? Sanbear Construction, of course! We removed the standard, single-hung door, modified the doorway, and installed a fully custom, frameless glass door. The catch? The door had to be lockable to prevent possible injury to curious children by the workout equipment. With a little innovation and custom fabrication, we equipped the entrance door with smartkey technology. The room was coated in the bold “Iron Ore” from Sherwin Williams, custom wall-to-wall mirrors were fabricated with aluminum trim, a prefabricated sauna was added, and Hexagon LED lights were installed on the ceiling.
Make It Stand Out
The client wanted to completely gut and renovate their large Master Bathroom with attached walk-in closet. This included a custom vanity with a beauty station that spanned two walls, new luxury tile, updated lighting, and new carpeting in the closet. The shower was enlarged with a full-length bench and shower niche and finished with frameless glass. A splash of colored lighting to the shower niche adds a modern flare with a luxury look.
